The Canteen operates on Thursday and Friday. Price lists, menus, operating days and other arrangements will be distributed periodically to parents through our Newsletter.

The child's lunch order should be written out on an envelope stating the child's name, grade and room number with the correct money sealed inside a plastic self sealed bag. Please attach the envelope to a brown paper bag.

The lunch order is then placed into the classroom lunch order basket and taken to the canteen. Lunch is returned at lunchtime. We ask that you follow the same procedure as set out above with any money to be spent at the canteen, eg. Buying an icy-pole for lunch.

ALL MEALS AND SNACKS ARE FRESH AND HOME MADE ON THE PREMISES

TO ORDER LUNCH:

  1. On the outside of a paper bag clearly write your child's name, grade, ROOM NO. and details of lunch order.
  2. Place correct money in a plastic bag inside the paper bag.
  3. Please do not sticky tape the paper bag closed.
  4. A cost of 10c will be charged when bag is not provided.
  5. All frozen items, milos and slush puppie orders will be stamped.  Children need to return stamped brown paper bag back to the Canteen at lunch time to receive goods ordered.  Tokens will no longer be placed in bag.
  6. Orders are placed in lunch baskets in each classroom at the start of the day.
  7. A monitor picks up the basket at 1.05 p.m. and takes the lunches back to the classroom.
  8. Canteen opens Wednesday, Thursday, Friday at morning recess and at lunchtime from 1.25 - 2.00pm.
